Collection: KIMBO MODEL

The Kimbo, was named after my english mastiff who passed away in 2018.  I had an idea in my head of a modified Tegg designed for winter swell, with a more streamline, pulled in outline but the same general design cues.  I made one shortly after Kimbo passed away and ended up putting his ashes in the pinlines and decided to only ride that board for an entire year.  It was originally designed around a step up/ Gun but after riding it for a year straight in all conditions it became a favorite.  And still my go to when the waves get punchy, big or small.  I've since shrunk down the original 8'0" to 7'0"  and everything in between to widen the range.  The 7'0" comes out less pulled in in the tail and turns into a great all-arounder and a one board quiver in punchy waves.
